Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms apply to your use of glowdesk.tech and the Glow Desk platform. By subscribing, enrolling, or booking a paid consultation, you agree to these terms. Glow Desk, by Kingdom Affluence LLC. In these terms, "Glow Desk," "we," and "us" refer to Kingdom Affluence LLC.
The service
Glow Desk provides front desk software for salon owners and licensed beauty professionals, including booking, reminders, client messaging, automations, and AI tools, along with the plan features described on our website.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity in your account.
Free trial
Essentials and Pro include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your payment method is charged the monthly price.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Essentials is $297 a month or $3,267 a year. Pro is $497 a month or $5,467 a year. Concierge is $997 a month or $10,967 a year plus a one time build fee of $4,997. Texts and email beyond your included amount are billed at carrier cost. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Upgrades take effect on your next billing date. If you want the AI Receptionist switched on the same day instead, there is a one time $49 activation fee.
Concierge
The Concierge build fee and first month are paid at enrollment. Concierge has a 3-month minimum from enrollment, then continues month to month and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice to support@glowdesk.tech. The build fee is non-refundable once your kickoff call has taken place. Typical build time is up to 3 weeks from your kickoff call and depends on the complexity of your services, your timely reviews and edits, AI training, and texting registration approval by the phone carriers.
Paid consultations
Concierge consultations are $100 for 30 minutes or $200 for 60 minutes, paid at booking. If you enroll in Concierge within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee is credited toward your build fee. Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Phone numbers and texting registration
You may use a new Glow Desk phone number or transfer an existing number you own. Number transfers are handled by the phone carriers, typically take 2 to 4 weeks, and require you to keep your current phone service active until the transfer is complete. Business texting requires carrier registration, and approval times are set by the carriers, not by Glow Desk.
Cancellation
You may cancel Essentials or Pro anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period. There is no cancellation fee. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
You keep everything we built. We will export your client list, your bookings, and your content at no charge. What stops is the software that runs it.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use Glow Desk lawfully, including obtaining your clients' consent before sending them text messages or marketing emails, honoring opt-out requests, and complying with laws that apply to your business and licensing. You may not use Glow Desk to send spam or unlawful content.
What Glow Desk plans are for
Glow Desk is built to run a service business: your bookings, your clients, your follow up.
Plans are not for cold outreach, purchased or scraped contact lists, or bulk messaging to people who did not ask to hear from you. Messaging in Glow Desk requires that the person gave you permission, and that permission has to be real.
Accounts used this way may be limited or closed. We will reach out before taking action unless the activity is causing immediate harm.
Your data
You own the client information you store in Glow Desk. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
Third-party services
Glow Desk relies on third-party providers, including our software platform, payment processing, phone carriers, and email delivery. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or changes caused by those providers, including carrier filtering or registration decisions.
AI features
AI tools generate responses from the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your business information, policies, and client communications. AI features do not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
No guarantee of results
Glow Desk is designed to help reduce missed appointments and keep clients returning, but we do not guarantee specific bookings, revenue, or results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Suspension
We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or misuse the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
